  • A splendid lake festival is held at Tangeumho against the backdrop of scenic nature. During the festival, various fun and exciting events are held, such as the Dragon Boat Race, the Water Soccer Championships,
    the Fin Swimming Competition, the National Tour Boat Race, a musical concert, the Fire Bug Festival, and the Saxophone Concert. Furthermore, there are many historic relics (e.g., Jungangtap, Chungju Museum, Jungwon Goguryeo Monument, etc.) near Tangeumho.
