  • The Chungju Apple Festival has been held every October since 1997. It aims to advertise Chungju apples and promote the local economy under the theme “Chungju: A City of Apples.” Various fun and exciting events are held during the festival, such as the Apple Beauty Contest, the Apple Eating Competition, the Mrs. Apple Soccer Championships, the Farm Stay, and the Apple Harvest. Furthermore, visitors can buy high-quality apples at low prices at the apple exhibition, apple fair, or apple market.
